I interviewed the top three realtors in our area before choosing our listing agent. Connie Andrews gave the best presentation and laid out an excellent plan for marketing our home in Altamonte Springs. She recommended that we get a professional appraisal of our home prior to listing it (and offered to pay half the cost of the appraisal). We did that, choosing an appraiser that we had used before for a relative’s house, and getting the appraisal was an excellent idea. The report showed no significant problems with the house, listed all the improvements and was very valuable in setting the listing price. We also left the appraisal report in sight for people to view. Connie gave very valuable suggestions for brightening up and staging the house and property and assisted with the staging. She also did a great job of marketing it. We had a cash offer that was very close to our listing price just three days after it went on the market, and Connie shepherded us through the entire process all the way to closing. Connie is a great combination of friendly, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I honestly don’t think we could have made a better choice of realtor. We highly recommend her!
